Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative & Financial Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative support and manage day-to-day financial tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative duties with financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
- Document management: Prepare, edit, and organize reports and presentations.
- Communication: Handle email communications and inquiries professionally.
- Records management: Maintain office files and databases accurately.
- Financial processing: Manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Financial reporting: Assist with budget tracking and prepare financial summaries.
- Vendor management: Collaborate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.
