Administrative and Financial Ops Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative & Financial Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative support and manage day-to-day financial tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative duties with financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Document management: Prepare, edit, and organize reports and presentations.
  • Communication: Handle email communications and inquiries professionally.
  • Records management: Maintain office files and databases accurately.
  • Financial processing: Manage invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Financial reporting: Assist with budget tracking and prepare financial summaries.
  • Vendor management: Collaborate with vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial management tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience managing confidential information responsibly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
