Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analytics & AI Developer to join our team. This associate-level role offers hands-on experience in designing and deploying AI-powered and business intelligence (BI) solutions. You will contribute to developing machine learning models and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI model development: Assist in the design, training, and testing of machine learning models.
• ETL pipelines: Support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data to ensure data consistency.
• Data visualization: Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Model integration: Collaborate with teams to deploy AI models into business systems.
• Data preparation: Clean and preprocess datasets for AI and BI projects.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor deployed models and help resolve performance issues.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or relevant experience).
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Familiarity with SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake).
• Experience or interest in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Programming experience in Python or R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with ETL tools like Fivetran or dbt.
